Cancel 60+ days before check-in
When a guest cancels a reservation 60+ days prior to check-in, there is a 90% refund.
The 10% held back is essentially the deposit you have lost. This deposit accounts for bookings we have lost due to holding these dates for the guest, as we block out a guests dates and heavily market when our listings book up on all of our booking platforms.

Cancel 30-60 days before check-in
When a guest cancels a reservation 30-60 days prior to check-in, there is a 50% refund.

Cancel 0-30 days before check-in
When a guest cancels after arriving or less than 30 days before check-in, they are not entitled to a refund.
